The purpose of this research is to examine and evaluate the
effects of having diversity among the leadership team
members in an organization' call center operation. This
research also proposes to explore, identify, interpret, and
focus on the positive effects that a more diverse
leadership team would have on the overall operation and
workgroup.
If an organization is interested in being more effective
and competing globally, it must seek to strategically
diversify its resources, and focus on diversity of its
human resources. The company must take a critical look at
assuring that there is diversity among the leadership team
of the front-line operation of the company's process ---
