What should businesses look for when trying to identify teams or individuals that deliver success - is it possible to measure competence or predict likely success in advance?

Regardless of the products or services that a business might choose to offer, without having the right people in the right supporting roles, a business is unlikely to realise its true potential.
The dissertation will set out to consider the key makeup of teams or individuals that are able to deliver results in line with stakeholders requirements and seek to determine whether the competence and success of such teams or individuals can be predicted in advance.
