This project is designed to measure the satisfaction of the members at The Club in Bozeman. For my non-paying internship, I will collect data analyze not only the satisfaction of the members but the factors which influence this like or dislike of this health club. By collecting this information, I will be able to present the organization's upper level management with a more efficient marketing proposal and business plan.
