Project Abstract

The focal aim of this project is especially design to present the research-based report for an investigation into the changing profile of online purchasing behavior in Singapore. This would give a very depth understanding of the latest online shopping users� trend using the high-tech system and what they expect from the e-commerce company. This project will also cover an insight on the factors (evolving in nature) that could be used to keep the e-shopping growth which would show important information especially to the business reader how can they enhance the online shopping system.

The key objectives of this project are to understand the insight and find out the trend of the changing profile of online purchasing behavior especially for Singapore. The research would be based on different categories of findings includes: ages, gender, income, working background and etc.

It would help the reader to determine consumers� online purchasing behavior in Singapore and discover the reasons that make the consumers decided to make purchase online.
The research will extend the information on why do the consumers choose to trust to provide personal information and make payment online and why some not? A depth review on how the consumers make a research on their selected products, describe consumers� payment preferences and identify how they are likely to make purchase in near future.

The project is also examining and identify in business aspect how can the e-commerce company make their online shopping growth, review the government courage and how it influence more successful online purchase transaction.
