Analysing the impact of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs)on Registered Training Organisations opeating in the State of Victoria (Australia) by their size and type. This study is the first for this subject as no other individual or organisation has researched the impact of these standards.

Project Abstract

The Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) was developed by the National Training Quality Council (NTQC) of the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA) Board in conjunction with States and Territories, the Commonwealth and industry and endorsed by Ministers for vocational education and training on 8 June 2001.
The key objective of the Australian Quality Training Framework is to provide the basis for a nationally consistent, high quality vocational education and training system. The Standards of the Australian Quality Training Framework are in two parts:
· Standards for Registered Training Organisations; and
· Standards for State and TerritoryRegistering/Course Accrediting Bodies.

This study analyses the impact of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTO) operating in the State of Victoria by their size and type.
