As part of my Organizational Behavior Class, we are required to create, distribute and collect questionnaires which assess the leadership styles of department managers. As part of this survey, we are have included a questionnaire to assess the subordinates' view of their managers' leadership styles.

People have different personality traits which influence their behaviors, and ultimately their management styles. Our goals are as follows: Different management styles affect the working environment. We will analyze if the different management personality styles contribute to the dysfunctional chain of command and what changes the staff would like to see implemented
