Project Abstract

As part of my final behavioral science fieldwork project, I plan to use the Downs-Hazen Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire to assess the communication climate at a small non-profit trade association. Based on the data received, I will develop an intervention that will improve the effectiveness of communicaiton within the organization.
