Disparity between Body Weight, Reality and Perception, in Relation to Social Physique Anxiety and Exercise Participation
This is a Sports Psychology survey to evaluate if a person's actual body measurements vary from their perceived weight and Body Mass Index, to examine links about peoples anxiety over their perceived and actual appearance, and finally to see how this information relates to their exercise participation and the type of activity particpated in.
No Abstract currently exists as this can only be written once the project is complete.
No questionnaire has yet been fully finalised as I wish to evaluate my possible methods of data collection before going any further.
