Project Management Software: A Case Study Analysis
The overall aim of this study is to investigate the influences of PM software on social and organisational processes, and vice-versa. This will mean an examination of factors such as team working, work structures and user participation and satisfaction. More system-specific information will also be gathered, on patterns of usage, common functionality used, training and support provided etc. This information will support and further enlighten the main aim of the study, while also being useful purely as an investigation of current practices.
