We set out to analyze customer loyalty to the Online Mobile Phone retail market. Online mobile phone retailers are intermediaries to the consumer and mobile phone operators/providers. They often offer more attractive packages than the providers themself (ie - offering a DVD player as a reward for signing a two year contract).
We will investigate the customer loyalty to and within this branch of retail.
