Software as a Service (SaaS) Survey for customers

Welcome to our survey of Software as a Service (SaaS)for customers.

Software as a Service (SaaS), also know as on-demand service, is a software application delivery model in which a vendor hosts an application as a service over the internet, and customers can use that application over the internet by paying a periodic subscription fee. Some examples are salesforce, sugarCRM applications etc. It provides the customers with an alternative to installing traditional on-premise software. It eliminates the need for customers to pay the usually high software license fee, saves costs of the additional requirements of backup and storage and also eliminates the need for extra IT personnel for the on-premise software and associated hardware maintenance.

If you are a SaaS customer, in this survey, you will be asked questions about the aspects of your business, driving force for considering SaaS over traditional softare models, your concerns over this model etc. This survey has 19 questions and it will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
