Hello:
You are invited to participate in our survey on Drug-use amongst youth in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada. This survey was prepared by High School students from the Lower Mainland participating in a Youth Forum seeking causes and possible solutions to issues affecting youth and the community. In this survey, people will be asked to hosestly answer 20 questions about drugs and drug-use. It will take approximately 10-12 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions. We are trying to get a picture of what is happening to our local youth.
