The Pole-R-Xpress is a unique tool primarily designed for snowboarders. It is a telescoping snow pole that extends up to 42 inches and collapses to the width of the board. There are four sections and each section locks with a twist or two. The first section houses the handle and a tool used for tightening and loosening bindings. The last section has a point and includes a disc basket similar to a ski pole. Our product provides that extra push when stuck on flat terrain. When The Pole-R-Xpress is not in use, it can be stored using an included, easy to install mounting kit.
The Pole-R-Xpress is made of ABS plastic (most notably used in recorders and Legos) with a vynaprene (a mixture of vinyl and rubber) handle that houses a binding tool. The mounting bracket is made of the same ABS plastic with aluminum clips that will snap and hold the pole in place. The mounting bracket comes with a strip of acrylic adhesive, the same adhesive used for stomp pads that will allow the user to mount the bracket to the board. The bracket will ideally be placed parallel behind the back foot.
