Hello, my name is Karen Wong, I am a full time final year student of Staffordshire University. I am currently working on developing eMovie Ticketing System as a partial fulfillment of the award of Bsc(Hons) in Computing & Internet Technology.

eMovie Ticketing System is basically a system that allow movie-goers to book movie tickets through the internet as well as purchasing movie tickets from the touch screen kiosk booths. Movie-goers are able to choose the seating during the process booking or purchasing movie tickets. When a booking is made through the internet, they have to key in the booking reference number when collecting movie tickets from the kiosk booths. Movie-goers have to swap the magnetic card at the kiosk system to carry out the payment process. Credit will be deducted from the magnetic card, and tickets will be printed out at the same time. Besides that, they can also view the ratings of current and up-coming movies online and also from the kiosk booths.
