Quad conducting wheelchair survey

Hello everyone! My name is derek and I'm a c-6 quad. i'm a full time sudent at Hood college and have some questions to ask. it's for a statistics project and it would be greatly appreciated if you would respond. i look forward to hearing from you!

for me the answer to these questions are: i have been in a wheelchair for 8 1/2 years, i have had a total of 4 wheelchairs valued at approximately $24,000. three of them are manual, one of them is a power chair. thank you for your participation!
