Hello:

My name is Yves "evilyves" Butterworth and I am a student at Dawson College in Montreal Quebec Canada. In this survey, approximately 60 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about National Pride. I am doing sending out this survey in order to complete a Final Assignment for my Research Methods class. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions. If you feel uncomfortable with any of the questions, simply leave it blank.

Your survey responses will be stricly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
