Donor Relationship Management (DRM) means managing your Donors in a way that creates more value for them and your organization. DRM often means change of what you now do and the way you do it--and perhaps adding some new capabilities.

This survey will help you evaluate your Capabilities to conduct DRM. You will also identify the priority to which issues should be improved.
The DRM Capabilities Assessment will be completed by a number of fund raising professionals. You can get a report of findings, conclusions and recommendations when the assessment is completed by a minimum of 100 respondencts so you can benchmark yourself against your colleagues.
