DFA Citizen Activism Questionnaire

Dear DFA Activist:

Thank you for volunteering to participate in a landmark study on Democracy for America (DFA)’s use of Internet technology and its long-term impact on citizen activism and grassroots politics. It will take approximately 25 minutes to complete this questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your personal information and survey responses are strictly confidential and will be used solely for academic research purposes. Your identity will not be published with written responses without written consent. Data from this research will only be reported in the aggregate, unless otherwise specified.
