QuestionPro Survey

1. Hello:
You are invited to participate in this survey for an academic project I am conducting for my MBA. I seek to understand consumer preferences when it comes to their dining experiences and what drives the decision to go to a particular restaurant. Approximately 100 people will be asked to complete this survey that asks questions about preferences and behaviors as it pertains to dining out. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. However, your confidential input is very important for the authenicity of this study.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and anonymous, and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
