As the parent of a child with selective mutism, you are invited to participate in this survey designed to help practitioners understand the decision-making process of parents in selecting treatments for their children diagnosed with selective mutism.

This survey consists of seven (7) sections:

Section V: Information about the Child Diagnosed with Selective Mutism
