Is there a limit on number of Groups that can be created?
Currently you can have maximum 10 groups at a time. If you need more Groups you can delete the Groups that are not required and create new Groups. Deleting the Groups does not affect the data in any way.
NOTE: Currently you can only add upto 5 filters for a single Group
You can also save the filter criteria into Groups for analysis of multiple groups at the same time. For example if you have a "What is you gender?" question. You might want to create two groups : -
- One Group where the selection criteria chooses the "Male" option
- The Second Group where the selection criteria chooses the "Female" option
How do I make a group "active" ? - You don't need to do anything!. Just go to the "Data Analysis" page and click on the "Question". Then Click on "Grouping Analysis". The group that you just created will show up there. Please make sure that you save the group.
Do I need to set up the filters before people start taking the survey?
NO! You can create groups anytime during your data collection. It is independent of the data-collection process.
