What is an Email List?
Email Lists are basically a mechanism to segment email addresses. You can also think of Email Lists as your Contact List or a Address Book. To access your Email Lists Goto:
- Login » Surveys » Send Survey » Manage Email Lists (Select List)
Here you can manage your Global as well as Survey Specific Email Lists. Email Address Limit for your account is displayed here.
Options Available:
- Create New Email List: Here you can create a new Email List
- Report: View the Reports for the Email Lists
- Edit: Clicking on Edit selects the Email List and you can then manage/edit the List.
- Rename: Rename the Email List
- Delete: Delete the Email List
- You can click on the number links under the Key Statistics columns to view the Email Addresses under that particular status.

Options Available:
- Search: You can search for the Email Addresses
- Signup Trend: Shows signup trend based on time
- Domain Analysis: Displays Domain based analysis for your email list
- Geo-Code Analysis: Analysis based on Geo-Codes (IP based)
- Add Email Addresses: Add email addresses to the list
- You can click on the number links under the Count column to view the Email Addresses under that particular status.

Delivery Report

Options Available
- Here you will find all information regarding sent email batches. You can also send Reminders.

List Maintainence
- Login » Surveys » Send Survey » Manage Email Lists (Select List) » List Maintainence
Options Available
- You can click on the number links under the Count column to view the Email Addresses under that particular status.
- Download: Click on the Download link to download email addresses under that status in Excel format.
- Remove: Delete/Remove unwanted email addresses
- Bulk Unsubscribe: Bulk Unsubscribe Email Addresses
- Export Batch for External Distribution: Download Email Batches for distribution using external Email Clients
