Using the address book has the following advantages:

• Track how many emails were sent
• Track how many emails have been viewed
• Track how many respondents have actually taken the survey
• Track how many have not participated in the survey at all (not even clicked on the survey URL)

You can also send reminder emails to respondents who have not taken the survey.

To see the status of email addresses, click on the Edit link for the particular Email List. Then click on the Report Icon and look at the Batch Details table. Click on the numbers in the columns of the Batch Details to see email addresses. Please see images below.
