What does the Reset/Redistribute qPoint do?

At any point you can reset/redistribute the points allocated to all your panel members. This is generally used, if you forgot to enable the qPoint system, and users have already completed surveys.

In such cases (an only in such cases) you might want to distribute points for each survey that users have completed. Use the "Reset/Redistribute qPoint" system to allocate points for each survey completed.

The system will go through ALL VERIFIED users and allocate the specified number of points FOR EACH COMPLETED SURVEY.

THIS ACTION CANNOT BE UNDONE. Once qPoints are allocated, you cannot "Undo" it. You can however allocate a different value (and it can be zero) and effectively delete all the qPoints allocated.
