Yes, you can make hard-copies of your web survey.
- Click on the Edit Survey link for the appropriate survey from the My Surveys page.
- Under the Edit Survey tab, click the Print. The survey will popup in a new window; use your browsers print function to print the survey

You can also Export the survey to Word, PDF or a HTML file.
