Suspending / Freezing Account - How It Works? How does Account Suspension/Freezing work?
Suspending your account allows you to "freeze" your account without cancelling your account. The primary difference between cancelling your account and suspending your account is that, when you re-activate your account later on, all the data and surveys that is collected will be preserved.

Is this feature available with ALL licenses? No - This is only available with some of our licenses. Currently this option is available for our monthly billed customers. How much does this cost? Currently the data-retention fee is approximately 20% of your current fee. So, if you are in the Web Professional License, $15/Month, the Account Suspension fee will be $3/Month. When you suspend your account, the monthly fee for data-retention will be displayed. I have not used the full month subscription. If I suspend now will I be charged prorated for the suspension? Or can I get a refund for the latest charge and then suspend the account? The data-retention fee is 20% of your current license fee. We do not charge prorated for data-retention. As soon as you confirm that you wish to suspend your account you will be charged the 20% fee. Please note that we do not provide refunds. Can I suspend my account and NOT pay the data-retention fee? No. The data-retention fee is 20% of the value of your current license. If you cannot afford to pay the data-retention fee, please use the cancel option and cancel your account. How do I re-activate my account? When you login to the system, you will be asked to confirm that you want to re-activate your suspended account. You can simple re-activate your account and all your surveys/data will be restored back into your account. I am in the annual license -- Can I use the account suspension? No - This is not available for annual billed customers. I have a couple of sub-accounts -- Can my sub-accounts be suspended/unsuspended? No - This is only available to master accounts (monthly billed on credit card.) Can I Cancel/Delete my account while it is suspended? No - If you account is currently suspended, you must activate the account first. You can then cancel/delete your account. Additional References
