How do enable it so that all the links and clicks in my email campaigns are tracked?
QuestionPro can automatically creates unique redirect URLs for each link that you have in your email campaign. In this way, we can track the click through for each link.
Do I need to do anything special to enable link tracking?
No. Link tracking is enabled by default. The system will parse the HTML and convert all hyperlinks to trackable hyperlinks.
How do I view who's click on which link?
Please go to the "Click Analysis" section under the Reports Section.
