The custom dashboard URL is a link that you can give out to your customers/stakeholders for login access to the dashboard. To access the custom dashboard URL goto:

  • Login »  My Surveys »  My Account (Top Right Corner) »  Multi-User Administration

How can I get my companies logo on the Dashboard URL?

If your account has a "Company Logo", then it will automatically be displayed in the Dashboard URL. Please see the References Section below on how to update your company logo on your account.

Can I brand the URL also? Eg. surveys.mycompany.com

Yes. If you've setup the Custom URL option, then the URL us automatically updated to reflect your account settings. Please see the Custom URL Link option, in the References Section.
