Creating an Online Survey Video
How do I create a new Survey?
Click on Create a New Survey Button.
You can select from one of the three options
- New Survey
- Upload a MS Word Document
- Copy a Survey Template

To create a survey from scratch select the New Survey option

1: Enter the survey name and select the folder.
2: Select the Theme for the survey and click on the "Create Survey" button.
The Survey will be added and you can proceed to adding questions.
