How to run Consolidated Reports?
If you have two different surveys with exactly similar structure, you can Consolidate Reports for such surveys. Consolidating Reports will give you an excel file with conbined data analysis.
- Select the survey for which you would like to consolidate data/report.
- Go To:
- Login » Surveys » Analytics » Analytics Tabs » Export Reports » Consolidate Report
- Select the survey(s) which you would like to consolidate with the Active Survey.
- Click on the Run Combined Report button.
- An excel file for consolidated report will be generated and available for download immediately.

Structure for the surveys should exactly be same. Consolidated Reports will not be generated if the structure is not same.

This feature/tool [Consolidated Reports] is not available as part of any of our standard self-service licenses. It is part of our Enterprise Service License. Please contact your Account Manager for pricing and options for purchasing the Enterprise Service License.
