Communities - Reward Approval Log

You can determine whether you would like to approve or reject a reward on your community.

  • To enable this feature, you will have to get in touch with your account manager.
  • Once this feature is enabled, when a member tries to redeem their reward, they will receive a notification via email that their reward is pending with the admin.
  • These email addresses will be recorded under Reward Approval Log.
  • Communities >> Incentive >> Rewards >> Reward Approval Log

  • You may click on Bulk Approve to approve all the rewards, or approve rewards one at a time. You may click on Bulk Reject to reject all the rewards.
  • The approved or rejected email addresses will be tracked in the Rewards Approved/Rejected field.
