Reward Approval Log - Community

You can determine whether you have to approve or reject a reward on your community.

  • To enable this feature, you will have to get in touch with your account manager.
  • Once this feature is enabled, when any respondent tried to redeem their reward, they will get a notification in the email that their reward is pending with the administrator.
  • These email addresses will be recorded under Reward Approval Log
  • Communities >> Incentive >> Rewards >> Reward Approval Log
  • You may click on Bulk Approve to approve all the rewards, or approve it one by one. Or you may click on Bulk Reject to reject all the rewards.
  • The approved or rejected email addresses will be tracked in the Rewards Approved/Rejected field.
