CX - Email Survey

To create an email touchpoint, go to:

  • Login >> CX >> Add Survey
  • Click on Email
  • Click on Select Type
  • Survey Software Help Image
  • Enter the Survey Name and NPS Question Title and click on Add Survey.

  • You will be taken to the survey with an NPS question type. You may edit this question or add additional questions.

How do I send the email surveys to the customers?

To send the email or SMS Surveys, transactions needs to be imported in the system.

The transactions can be imported:

  • Manual Import:
    • Enter transaction details Manually.
    • Click on Import Transactions

  • Excel Import:
    • Download the Transaction Import template.
    • Fill all the data and import the excel sheet.

Send Survey:

Go to: Survey >> click on send

Select Business Unit and Transaction after and before dates.

  • Select send options (Email, SMS, Email and SMS)
  • Select Email template
  • Enter "From": Name and Email id.
  • Click on Next.
