We offer customized consulting services for importing data from a variety of data sources.

Because of the highly customized nature of this service please email us details about the structure and format of the data you currently have. We will be happy to give you a quote within one business day for the data migration.

For generic surveys we provide an automated process for uploading survey data that you might have already collected. Click the Import External Data link under My Surveys tab.

The data has to be in an Excel spreadsheet. Please refer to the image below for the format of the data:

At a miminum the spreadsheet should have 2 rows and 2 columns

• Row 1 - Questions Across the columns
• Row 2 - Answers corresponding to the questions in Row 1
• Column 1 - This is for the Response ID -- this could be any arbitrary data that uniquely identifies the response (row). If you do not have such data, just leave the first column blank.
• Column 2 - Weight associated with each response. If you do not have any specific weights, leave this blank.

A survey is automatically generated and the results from the spreadsheet are uploaded to this survey. You can now use our reporting and analysis tools for this survey.
