Communities - Community Router

Community Router helps you to add existing members to another community by creating criteria based on profile fields.

All the profile fields are shown while creating the criteria. You select the profile field options to transfer members to another community.

Go to: Communities >> Edit >> Referral Tracking >> Community Router

Click on + Add New Recruitment Criteria.

  • Criteria Name: Enter the name for the criteria.
  • Select Communities: Select the communities for which you want to recruit the member.
  • Select the options from the profile fields.
  • Click on Save Criteria.

Community members will be automatically added to the selected communities from the criteria.

Note: Community router will work only for new sign ups.
