Communities - Community Router

Community Router helps you to add your existing members to another community by creating criteria based on profile fields.

All the profile fields are shown while creating the criteria. We can select the profile field options to get the member in another community.

How to access Community Router?

Go to: Communities >> Edit >> Referral Tracking >> Community Router

Click on Add New Recruitment Criteria

  • Name: Enter the name for the criteria.
  • Select Communities: Select the communities for which you want to recruit the member.
  • Select the options from the profile fields.
  • Click on Save Criteria.

Community member will be automatically added to the selected communities from the criteria.

Note: Community router will work only for new sign ups.
