This field is optional. You can add Special Instructions which will be displayed above the Question Text. This field is designed to give the respondent more information on how to answer the question in the survey.
For MATRIX type questions the main question should be inserted in the Special Instructions text box.
How do I add Special Instructions?
- Under the Edit Survey tab you can click on the Add New Question link to add a new question or you can click on the Edit link for an already existing Question.
