TubePulse™

TubePulse™ is our advanced dial testing module. TubePulse enables you to engage the target audience in thoughtful and in-depth discussions to illuminate their potential concerns/ feedback. QuestionPro's dial testing software integrates into a traditional Web-based survey layout, but also allows you dial test the respondents in much the same way as we would in person, using a graphical interface that allows true moment-to-moment dial ratings. In addition, embedding the dial testing in this Survey format allows you us to ask Standard battery of matrices. Online methodology allows us to conduct research in the most time- and cost-effective manner possible. Immediate real time results from dial testing can allow you to adapt the discussion on-the-fly and find out what your respondents really think. The explosive growth of smart phones, coupled with its inherent location-based underpinnings make these devices the perfect platform to collect real-time, participatory feedback. TubePulse is available with our SurveySwipe mobile research platform and data can be collected on all major smartphone devices. To add TubePulse™ question

Once you add the question, it will automatically add a page break to it.

Required

When you add questions to a survey, by default, required option is turned off. When required option is not enabled, respondents can continue with the survey without selecting answers. If respondents go through all the pages in the survey without selecting answers, the response is still considered as complete. You can enable required option to make a question required so that respondents can continue with the survey only after responding to the questions.

How can I make sure the video plays for a certain duration?

You can add duration in seconds once you make the question required to specify how many seconds the video will be shown to the respondent compulsorily. For e.g. If you add duration 20 seconds, the respondent will be forced to see the video for 20 seconds and once the video crosses the limit mark of 20 seconds, the respondent will see the "Next" button to move ahead in the survey. The "Next" button will be hidden for the time duration set.
