Note:  We have received a significantly higher than expected number of requests for flywheels due to the latest postcard which was sent a couple weeks ago.  Our production team is working overtime to test each flywheel for true and balance and are shipping them as fast as we can and in the order the requests were received.  We will hopefully be caught up very soon.  You can, in the meantime, remove the existing flywheel and continue to use the trainer.  Attached is a PDF showing the various removal options – all showing a puller we will be supplying.  The second option, showing the use of a flat-blade screw-driver is how we’ve removed flywheels for many years – without the use of the puller.  You will need to use a 5/32 Allen key to loosen the set-screw.
