ECPG Needs Assessment Survey: Improving Support for Early Career Pharmacists

The ECPG Needs Assessment Survey is designed to better understand the experiences, needs, and priorities of early career pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists within the FIP Early Career Pharmaceutical Group (ECPG). Your feedback will help us evaluate what is working well, identify existing gaps, and guide the development of more relevant programme, resources, and opportunities that truly support your professional growth.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. All responses will be treated confidentially and reported only in aggregate form.
