NCLD Youth Pre-participation Survey
Are you willing to participate in a discussion group about your experience with special education programs? Researchers from SPAN Parent Advocacy Network, the National Center for Learning Disabilities and The PROGRESS Center are interested in hearing about your experiences so we can make improvements for other students still in school.  Any information you share about your experience will be anonymous and help understand your experience and will be used to improve the school experience for other students.
To be eligible to be a part of the focus group, you must meet all of the following criteria:
1) Have a disability;
2) Be between 18-26 years old;
3) Have (or had) an Individualized Education Program (IEP);
4) Be willing to talk about your experience; and
5) Have access to the internet

If you decide to be part of this focus group, all of your information will be kept private.  A stipend will be provided to all individuals who decide to participate in the focus group sessions.  Thank you very much for your time and support. If based on your answers above, you are eligible to participate, please complete the remaining questions.
