Working from home is a reality that each of us has faced in the recent months but something that we weren't prepared for. It will be fair to say that many organizations too were not prepared for the transition at an administrative level.
While administrative challenges have been managed satisfactorily by most companies, it will be interesting to find out how things have changed at a personal level for employees.
