Thanks for your interest in one on one mentoring! Talking with someone who has recovered from an eating disorder can be very helpful. Our Mentoring Program provides tailored, informal and non-judgmental support from a volunteer who has recovered from an eating disorder and completed special training.
Through our one-on-one peer support program, you will be matched to a mentor who has experience with the recovery process. Together you will decide where/how you are most comfortable meeting, how often you will meet and for how long.
Mentoring is not therapy or treatment. We encourage folks to seek out medical and psychological support.
This information helps us match you with a peer mentor.
