Please complete this application for the IPE Certificate of Distinction. Students must provide information about two different interprofessional education (IPE) activities that they have completed while enrolled in the UTA School of Social Work. Students must also upload a current resume and a general cover letter where they discuss the impact of IPE as it relates to a job of interest.
