Ferris Employee Leadership Development is a 9-month leadership program designed to sharpen our University employees in the area of leadership through Collaboration, Diversity, Ethical Community, Excellence, Learning, and Opportunity. This application will be reviewed by a team and evaluated against selection criteria. The review will be done after taking all identifying information off from the survey. All applicants will be notified whether they were selected for program participation or not. Selected participants commit to meet for the scheduled events for the entirety of the program and interact fully with the work associated with the program.
