In 2016 and 2017 Infrastructure NZ undertook surveys to benchmark how government agencies ran their procurement processes for infrastructure projects in excess of $15m. Through this survey, we identified which agencies were performing well and where improvements could be made to enhance procurement processes and outcomes for New Zealand.

This year we are collaborating with Civil Contractors New Zealand and Registered Master Builders Association to undertake a similar exercise. This survey will also give major procuring agencies (both in and out of government) the opportunity to evaluate themselves.

We encourage you to complete the survey and share your experiences which will assist us to develop Infrastructure NZ policy and compile recommendations for consideration by government, local councils and other infrastructure organisations.

All answers are anonymous and you will not be identified in any way. The findings of the survey will be presented at the Building Nations Symposium (21-23 August 2019) and will be uploaded onto the Infrastructure NZ website in due course.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, depending on the number of organisations upon which you wish to provide feedback. We suggest you select the 2-3 organisations you feel most strongly about (positive or negative), in the interests of keeping the survey to a manageable exercise. You are not required to complete the survey in one sitting - you can SAVE where you are up to at the bottom of the specific page, and return to the survey at a later time.
