Riverside High School - Survey on Bullying

You are invited to participate in our Riverside High School Survey on Bullying. In this survey, all students, grades 9-12, will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about YOUR experience with Bullying. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete this questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project; however, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can skip that question. It is very important for us to learn YOUR opinion and experiences.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate (TOGETHER NOT INDIVIDUALLY).
