This form is for: Music Performance, Music Direction and Instrumental/Vocal Teaching Diplomas at DipABRSM, LRSM and FRSM levels for Candidates in the UK and Ireland. Please refer to www.abrsm.org for details of the relevant fees and entry periods. To book an ARSM exam, please see How to Book.

Applicants are advised to complete the entry in one sitting, partially completed entries cannot be saved to return to later. Please also note that navigating away from the entry form may cause unsaved work to be lost. Applicants who successfully submit an entry will receive an entry confirmation by email. If this is not received, please check junk mail before contacting ABRSM. Instructions for submitting any required documentation and payment will be sent to candidates after the booking period.
