Table tennis  or  Ping Pong Table is a tough sport, exercised under a high level of stress. Many times you have to play many games per day. Therefore, it is important to be able to earn points simply and quickly. 
I have always been able to rely on my serve, often to score points directly. Also, I've worked hard to hit an aggressive third ball after my serve, usually with a forehand.
Take some time to analyze the winning weapons you already own and remember that new weapons can be developed!
Table tennis requires a tremendous amount of practice. I always try to play as relaxed as possible. This will increase your chances of playing relaxed even in high stress situations, and at the same time decrease your number of injuries.
Personally, I have managed to avoid long injuries, which is one of the reasons I have been able to stay at the top for so many years.
