Ramsey County District Court 2024 Valentine's Day Weddings Registration Form

The Ramsey County District Court Judges will offer weddings for couples who wish to get married on Valentine's Day. District Court Judges have volunteered to perform free marriage ceremonies at the Ramsey County Kellogg Courthouse (15 West Kellogg Boulevard, St. Paul, MN - in the Basement Conference Room #40) on Wednesday, February 14 between 12:15 - 1:15 p.m.

Please complete the following fields and submit the form to indicate your interest in having a Valentine's Day wedding performed on February 14th.

*You must obtain a valid marriage license from a Ramsey County Vital Records Office prior to the marriage ceremony. You must bring the marriage license, and return envelope provided to you, along with one US postage stamp on February 14th.
