Do you have a plan to help you keep your balance during the holidays? (Be honest...no judgement)
Here's some of our favorite ways to balance caregiving with the holidays. Which of these are ones YOU use?
Have a 60 day supply of all your meds/supplies so you don't have to worry about that.
Decorate less and have only your favorites on display.
Exercise more...walk, or whatever gets your blood moving.
Pray daily for at least 10 minutes, asking for what you need too.
Get help/support from others.
Purposely reschedule/schedule all doctor appointments (if possible) for after the holidays.
Tune out/walk away from negativity...refuse to engage.
Practice gratitude and keep a list going with daily blessings you receive.
