Re: The effects of late payments from clients on quantity surveying consulting firms.
I am a BSc Honours Quantity Surveying student currently studying at Nelson Mandela University. As part of the fulfillment of the qualification, I am required to conduct a research treatise. The title of my research is: “The effects of late fee payments from clients on quantity surveying consulting firms.”
The purpose of my research is to investigate the causes and effects of late fee payments from clients on quantity surveying consulting firms. Late fee payments in the construction industry are continuing to worsen, by identifying the causes and effects of these late payments and specifically focusing on quantity surveying consulting firms could open doors for possible remedies and means of minimizing the impact of late payments on consulting firms.
Your participation is of utmost importance to the success of this survey. Consultants throughout South Africa have been chosen to participate in the survey and will complete the questionnaire in terms of personal experiences regarding late payment issues.
It would therefore be greatly appreciated if you could attempt to complete the questionnaire. This should not take longer than 15 minutes to complete. Kindly return the completed questionnaire by 25 September 2020 to: Michael Botha by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
The results of the survey will be used for academic purposes only and the assurance is given that your responses will be treated in the strictest confidence. If you have any queries, please feel free to contact me telephonically on 079 821 7423 or via e-mail at email@example.com.
Thank you for your time. Your input is greatly appreciated.
